Soul Sounds Alchemy is a nonprofit that is dedicated to providing an accessible and transformative sound healing experience to the disabled community, empowering individuals to improve their emotional and mental well-being. Our mission is to remove financial barriers, ensuring that all members of the disabled community can participate in our sound healing programs at little to no cost.
During a sound healing session, Stephanie may use a variety of instruments such as crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, or tuning forks to produce specific frequencies and vibrations. These instruments can be used in conjunction with guided meditation or other relaxation techniques to help calm the mind and create a state of relaxation and inner peace.
The sound vibrations produced during a sound healing session are thought to help balance the energy centers or chakras in the body, promote relaxation and reduce stress, improve sleep quality, boost the immune system, and increase overall feelings of well-being.
